China's first government endorsed gay bar has opened after a three week delay, due to the huge amount of media attention initially generated by the news, which in turn put off volunteers involved with the venue.
Welsh Rugby Union legend, 35 year-old Gareth Thomas has publically announced in an interview with the UK’s Daily Mirror that he is gay.
I must admit, I was cautiously optimistic in my approach to seeing Avatar. I was looking forward to a science fiction epic but not so much a science fiction epic starring ‘sparkly blue cat people’.
