Despite attempts to make nice with the man she dubbed the ‘Gayken’ years ago, Kathy Griffin gets no love from Clay Aiken. The acerbic witted Griffin said she tried to make good with Aiken backstage at Rosie O’Donnell’s Rosie Live variety show last week but Aiken wouldn't make peace.
For the second time in recent weeks, I have felt compelled to call out a repeat offender in this column, and for the second time the culprit is a journalist that I respect. This week’s return hypocrite is CNN’s Campbell Brown, who on Tuesday took Gov. Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania to task during her ‘No Bias, No Bull’ commentary for making hot mic remarks that she deemed to be sexist, which would be all well and good if her rationale for criticizing those remarks was not the same one she used question the readiness of Gov. Sarah Palin to be the GOP VP nominee just a couple of months back.
